Salus IT 500

I have just upgraded to the EE Smart hub with Wi-Fi extender from a BT Smart hub 2. Im having same issues with Salus iT500 gateway not connecting. This Salus gateway connects to the hub through a Ethernet cable and it is to allow control of central heating through an app.This is not connecting to the internet on the new EE hub. Worked perfect with old hub so it would suggest it is something to do with the EE hub?

Any suggestions for me to get a solution?
