      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have a curious issue - Teams does not work on my laptop but does on my android phone when connected to EE Smart Hub - equally curious LinkedIn and Instagram work on my Laptop but not on my phone when connected to the same EE Smart Hub. Receive the error message "Can't make secure connection"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas as EE technical, once you can get hold of them, are stumped&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have EE7 which we are very happy with but some devices do not work without using an ethernet switch connected to the EE7 hub because the EE7 Hub switching speeds are too fast for older devices.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, I have a HP 14s-dq2xxx laptop with an Intel Core i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz processor running on Windows 11 and MS Teams is problematic; the connection seems to drop out and reconnect. This is frustrating because when in a meeting on my laptop on MS Teams the connection is intermittent. This means I have to use my iPad which means it is not as easy to share info/data/files on screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A fix for the MS Teams problem would be helpful.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Thanks for the advise&lt;BR /&gt;I have a Smart Wi-Fi Plus hard wired into the Router rather than through a&lt;BR /&gt;which&lt;BR /&gt;I will put the connection back into the switch and see if that solves the&lt;BR /&gt;issue&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks again</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue with EE fibre and Teams. Wi-Fi connection is bad on the program so I have an Ethernet cable connected but still have freezing issues on the Teams calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;went and repaired the app but still not working&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Spok9 to your tier 1 technician, the one of man, last weekend and was told&lt;BR /&gt;a tier 2 technician would call me Friday7h&lt;BR /&gt;The issue is a software issue with your router not accepting standard SLL&lt;BR /&gt;protocols&lt;BR /&gt;My company laptop will not load Teams. Your guy keep bleating about VvPN&lt;BR /&gt;but the laptop works on your competitors systems&lt;BR /&gt;Similarly my tablets and phone will connect to the router but not the&lt;BR /&gt;Internet, the reason being cannot achieve secure connection&lt;BR /&gt;Consequently since being moved from BT to EE I have been paying £40/month&lt;BR /&gt;for a sub-standard.service.&lt;BR /&gt;So much for the lie of a claim of being the best service for the last 11&lt;BR /&gt;years</description>

      <description>This issue has been going on for several months ever since I was moved from&lt;BR /&gt;BT, and their hub 2 router, to EE and the smart hub.&lt;BR /&gt;Since my company laptop will provide access to Teams through the EE router.&lt;BR /&gt;It will connect through other networks I have tried it on.&lt;BR /&gt;Neither will the router provide a secure Internet connection to my 4&lt;BR /&gt;android devices&lt;BR /&gt;When using Spotify through a smart TV the Internet connection was&lt;BR /&gt;intermittent and dropped out or hung on several occasions&lt;BR /&gt;I hope to hear from one off you team with a solution to the issue which&lt;BR /&gt;restore the service I have been paying for but not receiving</description>
