topic New power supply for Openreach ONT in Broadband & Landline

I had an interesting call with EE helpline.

I want to order a new power supply for my open reach ONT.

My dog panicked and managed to bend one of the pins whilst the adapter was plugged in. I was not there, didn't see it but we lost power to the ONT. I unplugged it straightened the pin with a set of pliers and got it working again.

The person that I spoke to wanted to know how it was broken, I explained but then he/she refused to believe me. I didn't want a free one. I was willing to pay. Why do I need to prove how it was broken. All I wanted to know was how I can order one. In the end I gave up. Thank you EE for helping out.

Does anyone know where I can order one from?

Do you know which model ONT? Might be worth a look on eBay and should not cost too much.

Don't try and replace the ONT though, they are matched back at the exchange, but the power supply will not be.
