    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4723964"&gt;@Daveboi1970&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; have you called customer services about this ? &amp;nbsp; I recommend you do and request an account reset. &amp;nbsp;This sometimes happens after account maintance and EE don’t know who has this issue so can’t just rectify it without you calling for an account reset.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is anyone else having problems getting into their account, tried both broadband and mobile but for weeks keep getting the same old message. There is a problem and we are working hard to fix it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
