You should be able to take advantage of the Ofcom One Touch Swtich (OTS) process & just order from EE, who should take care of everything bar your final bill with VM but will offer up to £300 credit against your early termination fees.

What does BT Wholesale Broadband Availability Checker estimate for your new addy using the Address Checker.? Post the whole table and the line above it, blanking out your addy.

@XRaySpeX Is OTS not tied to switching at the specific address?

OP has stated they are moving homes and currently have Virgin Media at the current home but are wanting to take out EE FTTC at the new address.

In my mind, the OTS process wouldn't be able to be used nor could the switching offer.

Yes, @Matt_124 , sorry I missed that 😞 .

@Codythecolle1 : You need to order from EE as a new cust & cancel your BB with VM independently<STRIKE> but wait until your EE BB is up & running</STRIKE>. EDIT: No need to wait as you're moving location.
