£26.99 offer for Broadband, currently paying £29,99 about to increase to £32.99 I object paying for EE new customers with prices not available to current customers, this needs to go before the ICO most broad band companies want 24 month contract and after year 1 there is a £3 increase, this practice has to stop,

Ofcom, the telecoms regulator, accepts the concept of mid-contract price rises. They've set the ground rules for them...

@NarwhalN9 the simple answer, but one so many people fail to look at, is you agreed to the terms when you signed up, why do people do that?

What has been agreed re price increases is patently unfair as the less you pay the greater the percentage increase you experience.

Personally I would rather pay slightly more for a fixed price contract with no increases over the contact period. Other providers offer this.

Move supplier. If it's costing them more customers than it's gaining, they'll soon stop doing it. You've got to remember there is only one determinant factor in business, profit!
