      <title>Ee broadband bill / upgrade extras and access to app/website</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried for a couple of weeks now and keep getting the same errors when I try login to the app, it tells me to login, set a pin the usual , and then I get smacked with this&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="1000007693.jpg" style="width: 1080px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/37365iD47D753D0E941C24/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="1000007693.jpg" alt="1000007693.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So i go to the website, try to login and get smacked with another error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I finally managed to get online yesterday evening via the website, can't view bills, can't pay billsi eventually gave up ajd had a look at some of the upgrade deals,, I looked at changing my package and it states I am paying for the "home security" currently so my bill will include £37 for that,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="1000007666.jpg" style="width: 1080px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/37366iF471B7B8E6D8056A/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="1000007666.jpg" alt="1000007666.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; as I can't actually view any bills, I don't know what I'm paying for, and I am still unable to pay a bill at this moment in time due to these constant errors.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any clues on what to do other than "contact EE" ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Two months ago I signed up for that yet they kept messing me around with the installation date , so I cancelled through them and phoned EE Who told me it was not online on my contract or anything so I shouldn't be charged for it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that is the case, why is it showing up as something I am paying for when I go to upgrade, and why is my bill showing as so high each month yet this security isn't showing on my bill? If I hadn't have checked this new upgrade I wouldn't have noticed, I just assumed i had extra charges for things.&amp;nbsp; I've given up speaking to EE they sent me and themselves around in circles every time I call and I never get an actual legitimate answer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

And reset it...daily.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
