&lt;P&gt;Ask EE for some free data if you have their mobile or for a mobile router to tide you over. Always good idea to have 1 already as a fall-back in such situations.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why is it that when you have a broadband issue and open reach need to send an engineer. EE think that a 10 day wait is OK. No Internet, phone, sky etc. No urgency in their actions. Is this their idea of customer service?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There really is no way to do anything once theyve asked OR. Our OR engineer came from 200 miles away and had no idea of the local layout, where the fibre cabinet was or anything. Now nothing happening for 8 days so far. Any other broadband supplier have access to OR or are they all the same?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
