hi can I purchase my own ee smart hub plus I am on 150 and only got the smart hub

I want wifi 6 can I purchase my own modem smart hub plus to get wifi 6 and it will be a ee smart hub plus

@Peterryan You can’t purchase it from EE. EE will supply one when you next upgrade and switch over to new EE broadband.

I'm already with ee my modem was faulty so they sent me just the smat hub not the smart hub pluss

@Peterryan What was your old router ? You’ll not get a smart hub plus unless you already had a smart hub plus. So if you had a smart hub you’ll get a smart hub

@Peterryan : What is the name of the EE BB plan are you on including its speed? What EE router & WiFi extenders do you have (read label or post a pix)?

If you have the white EE Smart Router the EE SH+ may not be able to replace it.

I wouldn't have thought there was too much to be gained with Wifi 6 when you only get a max of 150mbps.

OK, that's the EE Smart Hub (2023) model no. SH20A. It is replaceable by any EE Smart Hub Plus.
