&lt;P&gt;Or of course just give the Broadband Care Team a call in the morning.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Its a long time since I had one, but I seemed to remember them wanting it between the modem and router, back in the early VDSL days - and can save that&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;then again my memory is not what it was!!&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you ever get a chance, save the tech log to a CSV fine and attatch it to a post.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I know you said you did not see much, but with a bit of filtereng on Excel it should be possible to see WAN down messages and the frequency.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;that does not seem right, no I don;t have one, but if it is anything like all the other BT based routers in the Advance section there is a Tech log, with an Info status page, and an event log tab. They combined are usually the best source of diagnostic info.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
