      <title>Broadband switch from BT not completed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Should have switched from BT broadband to EE yesterday. EE website shows order complete, but the broadband and digital voice are still with BT&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Digital Phone still showing on BT app. &amp;nbsp;Also speed should have increased from 500 to 550 as part of the switch deal - and hasn’t. Speedtest &amp;nbsp;shows provider as BT&lt;/P&gt;</description>
