      <title>Openreach unable to install Fibre cable for my elderly mother</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have renewed the broadband contract with EE for my elderly mother, and was supposed to get Fibre cable installed yesterday. The Openreach engineer came, said it was too difficult and left. An email was then sent from Openreach saying 'sorry we missed you, book in another slot'.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've emailed Openreach twice but no response. How do I get this sorted?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
