    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, I managed to start a chat with them on 27th Feb and despite my email address being recorded correctly on my profile when I check it they said it was not on their system. I asked them to put it on there. I didn’t need to tell them it they knew it and literally got me to confirm it. They said they would send me the welcome emails and I would get a letter in the post but I still have received nothing. My engineer visit is tomorrow so I guess afterwards I will have to call them. You think it would be essential for me to see a contract before they start a service? So far I am not impressed with EE’s service!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I registered online to get full fibre broadband a few weeks ago and have been receiving texts about engineer visits and received my router today a week ahead of the booked visit but I have not received any confirmation emails or welcome emails.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Surely I should have received something with an order number on? I have checked my junk folder. I checked on my online profile and my email address is correct.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
