      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our Sky Q box keeps losing the internet. This has started since changing to EE. Both the modem and box are in the same place.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone come across this and/or know a resolution&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We were having the same problems. Our Sky Q box would lose connection to the either the router and internet, or just the internet and we'd have to type in the very long tedious password three times a day. I've found this page and have tried setting up a "comp" wireless channel with the setting below. I don't have much knowledge or experience in this area but hopefully this will work. The values with an asterisk next to them are the ones I changed, everything else was "as is"&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Compatible WiFi ON*&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Network name: EE-82TMGJ-Comp&lt;BR /&gt;Security Type: WPA2-Personal&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;WPS ON*&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.4 GHz (This was already on so I didn't touch this section)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5 GHz&lt;BR /&gt;Enable ON*&lt;BR /&gt;Channels Smart (Channel 100)&lt;BR /&gt;Security Type WPA2-Personal&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
