Then send it off.

Hello,
I'm in the process of sending back (Yorkshire Distribution Centre) some old BT routers.
Do I need to do anything to the devices to ensure, from a data privacy perspective, they are safe to send?

I had read that routers can maintain "device profiles" of any device that's connected to it. I'm not sure how true that is or what that information could allow someone to do so I thought I'd check before sending!
Thanks!
