Contacting the EE Sales Team

I'd like to speak to a Sales Advisor with a view to switching my broadband account to EE.

Unfortunately, no-one seems to want to answer the 0800-956-6000 phone number that's supposedly dedicated to that purpose.

It makes me wonder whether I really want to give my business to a communications company that doesn't communicate?

Has anyone else experienced the same problem?

Can't you just order it from EE BB Deals ? Any Qs we should be able to answer.
