I have tried unsuccessfully on more than one occasion to link my broadband to my EE ID.

I have spoken to EE agents about this on probably half a dozen occasions. Each time we go through the details and I am assured that all should work now. I 'm told to wait 7 days and then try linking. My latest attempt (this morning) came back with the same message..

we're having trouble linking your products

Has anyone else encountered this product and successfully resolved it? If so how did you do it. Please let me know. Thanks

Thank you for your reply.

Yes, I know my BB account number.

I have rang EE on a number of occasions and gone thru' all the choices that you have mentioned. However, not the number you have noted but 0330 123 1105 that gives all the same options. Maybe your number is worth a try but getting a little fed up with it all. Thanks again.

Yes, same here. This has been happening for almost a year now and still not able to link and have also spoken to agents several times.
I have decided to leave EE as it’s incredibly frustrating!

Sorry to hear of your problem. This is exactly the same problem that I am having. I have spoken to a number of agents, all generally helpful but no solution at the end of it all. Like you a move to another provider might be the answer but only if there is no penalty to do so.
