I ordered broadband and tv full works package on 6th February 2025. I've heard nothing from ee other than being contacted by openreach to connect full fibre to house on 3rd March.

Today I received an ethernet cable only. EE leaflet says I already have their smart hub, which I don't, I have a bt one.

When should I expect the other equipment ie tv box and additional 2 mini boxes?

Any help would be appreciated.

@Jax2012 : EE expects you to continue using your BT SH on EE BB. The rest of your kit should arrive by installation day.
