topic Renewal in Broadband & Landline

I was prompted by BT to grab a renewal deal on my broadband. I was directed via mybt app onto EE app where it said I could get broadband for £29.99. On contacting sales as directed i was told this was for new customers to EE only. I pointed out that I was a new customer but was told that as renewal BT customer this was not available. After contacting his manager I was quoted a price of £44.99 although not best offer I agreed to this price. On receiving my contract it stated £62.99 so I contacted help desk and was told it was in transition and could not alter. With continued calls from me and promised return calls which never happened the situation is still not sorted. I did cancel the contract within the 14 days and was told it was cancelled. I am still being told that I am paying £65.99 and am getting fed up with no response from EE. I have an incident fault report number INC02863163 but have had no contact or information as to what is going on.

Welcome to the community.

I'm really sorry to hear of your experience, we want it to be an easy process to join EE.

If you give our Customer Support team a call, they'll be able to check that ticket number and try to give you an update on what's going on.

If you're not happy with the outcome of the call, you can open a complaint with the guide that you speak to or by filling this complaints form out.

Please keep us updated here on what happens.
