Unable to set up groups/parental controls

Been trying for 3 days now to set up groups and parental controls. App won't accept any names I put in and says its unable to set up groups. I've reset hub lots of times. EE said they would call me back today and haven't

Have you had a look at Set up and use Parental Controls page?

If the App is still not allowing you to set up and name groups, please call Customer Care who will be able to check your online account configuration to make sure the feature is available to you.
