Broadband issue

Hi All
i have a issue with the new broadband installed last week.

I watch a stream from Portugal on my Samsung tv and when i installed the the EE broadband on the first 2 or 3 days the stream was working fine and know notworkinf at all.

So i still have my old provider working and with them it works fine. AS soon as i link to EE broadband wont work.

Can any one help or explain whats the issue.
