Our full fibre broadband comes to our house via a telegraph pole and overhead wire. This wire is hanging low, and I believe needs adjusting.

If I call the contact number a line check is done and I'm dumped. If I respond to the auto-generated text as required, the text is not delivered. How the heck do I get some help?

I had this issue a couple of months ago and the engineer who called confirmed our wire was lower than EE's permitted levels, so adjusted it. I reckon it's even lower now.

Anyone have any suggestions? Are people on phones, talking, so 2024?

Sounds like they need to replace the cable clamp fixing that wraps around the outer protection especially if it is not staying taught.
