    <description>&lt;P&gt;@Profile closed&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;firstly your BT contract would also be going up in March by the same amount.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Not sure why on transfer you are paying more, you will need to speak to customer services to work that one out.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m a BT customer that had to switch to EE and my bill has increased by £3 a month despite been told it would stay the same, and now I’ve been advised it’s going up £3 again in March! I only moved across in January and now paying £6 a month more, when I was told there would be no change to my monthly costs. This seems unfair given I had a fixed contract with BT and was told I had to switch&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;@Profile closed&amp;nbsp;The forum has no account access or even knows who you are, why you paid more with the switch, but EE are doing the £3 on 31st March that is stated and no doubt why you received the update information regarding the increase.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
