      <description>&lt;P&gt;New just moved home and haven’t got broadband yet, I was sent the smart hybrid connect but the line at the bottom aren’t going white or centre purple, just flashing green and lines aqua? Any suggestions? Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sounds like it is not connected to your Hub and you don't have great 4G signal.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4704920"&gt;@Wildfirehawk&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Either there has been a mistake made on the EE end, and&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/321568"&gt;@Mustrum&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;sent you a link regarding the Smart Hybrid connect unit, operation, connection etc, but it relies totally on the connection to the EE Router, if you have one as he said and is a compatible model, we are only answering the questions that you are posing to the Forum.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edit: Quickest way to get you up and running, now that you have the info and see if the Hybrid is giving you a 4G mobile signal is to get EE to send you the Router that you are getting with your package, pair them both together and go from that point. Speed is limited just so you know, but it is all documented.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Take some time have a read at what you can and go get what you can done. You will probably have to explain when you call EE what you have got, but the more you do then the better it will be.
