      <description>&lt;P&gt;You could theoretically achieve the speeds of Fibre 300 which costs £37pm for £27pm without a speed cap. Hence the speed cap. Want faster? Then you have to pay over the odds or get tied into a lengthier FF contract.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
