I was without broadband for three weeks back in October. The told me I was due compensation, I didn't know. It's about £190. They've yet to take it off one of my bills. I contacted them last month and they said it would start to apply from the next bill. I had £50 off my BB/TV bill, and £40 off my mobile bill.
