      <description>&lt;P&gt;I;ve notice it couple a months ago, but never reported it because was too busy and waiting 1 hour to talk to someone is a joke&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;EE is purposely throttling my internet.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I work with AI, and im constantly downloading LLMs and need the fastest internet ive paid for.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can someone fix this?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yeah ive called after waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes on the phone.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;There is an issue, but they can say what as im still getting 300mbps, they booked an engineer.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My guess is that they oversold rack speed and now cant cope with the demand.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;More likely a fault somewhere, or perhaps a cable or even network interface on your devices not able to cope with the faster speeds of the router.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Which router do you have, and have you logged into it and checked the WAN port speed?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
