I;ve notice it couple a months ago, but never reported it because was too busy and waiting 1 hour to talk to someone is a joke

EE is purposely throttling my internet.

I work with AI, and im constantly downloading LLMs and need the fastest internet ive paid for.

Can someone fix this?

Yeah ive called after waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes on the phone.

There is an issue, but they can say what as im still getting 300mbps, they booked an engineer.

My guess is that they oversold rack speed and now cant cope with the demand.

@MuryloB Even if that was the case you would get your full speeds some of the time.

More likely a fault somewhere, or perhaps a cable or even network interface on your devices not able to cope with the faster speeds of the router.

Which router do you have, and have you logged into it and checked the WAN port speed?
