Do you have your own EE router in your home or are you connecting to the public EE WiFi network? Only the latter would be asking you to sign into anything.

If you do have a router, which EE BB plan are you on including its speed? What EE router do you have (read its label or post a pix)?

I'm sorry, I'm new to all this online community so please bare with me.

I have to keep logging on

I can be watching a programme, then after 30 mins the programme freezes, connection lost and have to keep signing back into network.

I can't even log on to my TV, I'm sat watching my laptop.

I'm not very confident on the phone, I have had a friend round to have a look and they rang a number was given a 0900 number but unfortunately couldn't understand what they were saying, absolutely no disrespect intended.

I wouldn't know how to send you a picture to explain I'm sorry

I'm sure it's something simple

I've never had this problem before in the years I was with BT.

Unfortunately I'm not very tech savvy and live on my own.

@Sammiev It sounds like it should be something simple, but just need to understand what it is you have done.

Be carefull with 0900 numbers, they can be very expensive and are sometimes used if Customer Services cant fix you problem.

So start from the beginning, what broadband service do you have? Which router model.

How is your TV and or laptop connected wifi or ethernet cable - if WiFi what is the first 4 letters of the connection?
