    <description>&lt;P&gt;Since moving to ee and upgrading to full fiber &amp;nbsp;my service has never been so bad .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Itfrequently drops out&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;the increased download speed is hardly noticeable &amp;nbsp;and the app always seems to be under maintenance at the exact time I need to access it. &amp;nbsp; A replacement hub was sent to me then for weeks thereafter I was hounded to return the &amp;nbsp;original even though it had been promptly posted to them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;They said they would send an engineer &amp;nbsp;so to my surprise the gentleman who &amp;nbsp;arrived was the very same person who served me in Screwfix a few weeks earlier. &amp;nbsp;Hooked up a laptop, told me what my download speed was &amp;nbsp;then left.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;other than that a great system. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
