      <title>Very dissatisfied with EE &amp; Openreach</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Been with EE on copper broadband for the last 2 years and EE convinced me to go fully fibre. They came to install the new fibre optic cable from the pavement to my house &amp;amp; couldn’t complete it due to a blockage in the underground service pipe. It was at this point that I found the copper broadband had been disconnected and they couldn’t reconnect. Been without broadband &amp;amp; a home phone line for 11 days now &amp;amp; neither EE or Openreach seem to be able to communicate with each other! To make matters worse, EE also sold me 2 new SIM only contracts &amp;amp; now I also find out that there mobile signal which is advertised as good for both indoor &amp;amp; outdoor at my post code doesn’t have any signal within my house &amp;amp; only 1 bar when outside on my property.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Couldn’t get any worse &amp;amp; really disappointed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
