topic Moving to EE in Broadband & Landline

My full fibre contract is due for renewal in a couple of months and as things stand, EE are offering the best deal from ISP's that I've heard of and use Openreach. We're currently on Full Fibre with an Openreach ONT, so is changing ISP just a matter of signing up and plugging in the EE hub on switchover day?

Our contract is due to end in April, so how far in advance can we place and order?

@Nigelb72 Yes it should be as simple as just plugging the EE router on switchover day. You should get at text/email when the service is ready.

As for how soon? Depends on your current isp, they often need 14-28 days notice, but you can ask EE to start on a specific day. Do not cancel with your current supplier, let EE do that.

HTH
