    <description>&lt;BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BLOCKQUOTE&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have lost the ability to manage my EE Wi-Fi 7 network from within the EE app, I have updated the the latest version of the software on my iPhone - select manage and then broadband. I get a spinning circle for a few moments then an error message “something went wrong” any ideas as trying to get through to support is next to impossible with the new visual agent!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you community for any advice will be fantastic.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you been able to try to delete the app and install it again to make sure that is up to date as well?&lt;/P&gt;
