No Internet 3days now

My children are going insane! No Internet for 3 days, my daughter works from home, can't work! My youngest can't do her homework! Can't play alaxa, can't watch TV, obviously Sunday whilst I was cooking my teenagers where going insane now Tuesday and still no Internet!!!! All I keep hearing is we are trying to fix it! A very unhappy customer

@Emmarourke The public forum has no account access, knows not who you are or any specific details to why you have the broadband error, and if you are hearing from somewhere that a fix is ongoing then no doubt that is what maybe happening.

EE error then a EE fix, something else then EE are at the mercy off what has to happen, it's the same for all involved....

@Emmarourke , have you checked whether any of your neighbours are having broadband issues? This may not just be an EE problem, and can sometimes take time to sort the problem.
