    <description>&lt;P&gt;i have currently upgraded from ee full fibre smart wifi to ee smart hub pro. it goes live fri and had my equipment delivered today. i tried setting hub up with ee home app as recommended. but when i use app with camera at back of new hub it dont recognise the hub. im not sure if i need to wait til fri but i can connect manually with password etc but the app dont.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;just wondered if anyone knew or had same problem&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you in advance&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The EE Home app doesn't work with the EE SH Plus/Pro. It is intended for the white EE Smart Router. You need the EE App.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;i know what you mean the app shows new hub and follow instructions but when you click that aqua colour showing it scans for the hub but dont do anything but searching&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I've been using it overall successfully ever since&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; ...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; I wanted to try the EE APP to setup Hub's Wifi options, but as others in this thread have said, when you use the SCAN option to start configuring,&amp;nbsp; the APP just 'spins' and doesnt progress to the setup expected. Enter details manually doesnt work either&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes- saw no other options - presumably would progress if the Pairing with the Hub was successful. Otherwise the only use I have for the App is to check Bills&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; .. which is quite clunky too !&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4749773"&gt;@SpeedTrip&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Then do your self a favour, there is not much to manage on the hub and if you do not need the app apart from as you say looking at your bills, just forget about it apart from billing side, the rest off the pairing side, you may need help from EE CS to check that everything is aligned account and router wise.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
