I am so fed up

ive just moved from BT where i was able to use their BT app to turn off wifi access in my teenaged sons devices, currently new to EE and this facilty seems unavailable causing so much stress in my home, please advise!!!’

We do offer the option to pause the WiFi in the EE app. Do you have your EE app set up?

Yes i know this app like the back of my hand but no way to turn off individual devices???

Have you created a group for the phone in question @gggrainne.

Once you have a group setup you should be able to go to Manage > Broadband > Select Group > Pause Group.

@gggrainne When you moved, did EE make you have the EE Router, or Keep your original BT Smarthub2, and to which app do you currently use, THIS is all highly relevant so be precise if you can.

Yes Rachael, i have done all this. Like i said i know the app like the back of my hand, i’ve tried everything.

Jim, I have both the EE router and the EE app, it allowed me to turn off individual devices for a few weeks but then it stopped. I have tried every thing known to man to remedy this.

@gggrainne I do not use any off the features, but did a couple screen grabs, with a device not in a group, see if your display looks the same, version is 5.54.0 and on android.
