      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have an engineer booked Tuesday but impossible to let anyone know what is actually wrong and going to be a waste of visit if don’t know actual problem , the full line is down physically after storm guys fix rest of street but one in my house still lying in trees&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I guess EE will have passed fault to OPENREACH if it's an overhead problem.... Just let OPENREACH attend and I'm sure they will get the right engineers out .&lt;/P&gt;</description>
