      <title>8 weeks no service</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is no mobile reception at this isolated rural location.BT took away the landline when they fitted fibre.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So when broadband is not working there is no means of getting emergency help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is8 weeks today that the line is down. Does anyone have CEO email to escalate resolution of this ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;But Google should be able to provide the answer you are looking for.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That said, have you spoken with Customer Service and has the problem been reported?&lt;/P&gt;
