Which EE BB plan are you on including its speed? What EE router do you have (read its label or post a pix)?

Good morning everyone,

For about two months, my internet has been dropping a lot around 10:00 PM and only comes back after a few minutes. This really frustrates me because if it happened once in a while, it would be fine, but it happens EVERY day. I have a "Smart Hub," which I believe should work in a way that I never lose my internet connection.

Well, the problem is that yesterday my internet went down and has not come back. As of now, I have no connection at all, and since I depend on it to work as a freelancer for an agency in Brazil, I am unable to do my job. I tried resetting the Hub multiple times using the Factory Reset button, but it does not work in any way. The Hub has a solid green light and blinks 10 times.

Honestly, I am VERY disappointed with this company.
