Wifi STILL do not work 8 months after we were told they would.

The wifi controls feature in the ee app is pointless and the only tab that doesn't work.

How are parents supposed to control access if this vital feature doesn't work?

If anyone has any workable solutions please advise.

No idea why a basic feature like this is so protracted to activate.

@Jojo291 Works for me. So not exactly pointless. Did you migrate over from BT to EE ?

Unfortunately it remains pointless for me almost a year after getting the phone.

Other posts from last year suggest identical issues with promises that EE would resolve the issue in the Spring of last year.

The tab on my app does nothing and takes you nowhere and is completely inoperable.
