Why do I get this message?

I can’t get any info on why my internet and landline are down.

‘This service isn’t working right now

Please try again later or contact us for support.’

@TRHAYWAR What broadband service do you have and which router model do you have?

What lights are showing on the router and ONT if you have one?

My internet upstairs isn’t working

and keeps saying contact my provider

the light on the box isn’t working

it keeps flashing on and off with a red light

Have you tried switching your router off for 5 minutes to see if it reconnects?
