&lt;P&gt;What happens when you log into the EE app, do you get an error message?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you reported the app and the drop outs you are experiencing to our broadband technical support guides?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Was persuaded to switch to ee from bt when in local ee shop fixing a sim problem. I have ee TV. Rarely had an issue with bt signal but ee drops out every eve at around 10pm.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could manage my repeater discs with bt via the app but ee app still hasn't connected my broadband and TV products after 3 weeks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hopeless.wisg I'd never moved.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
