I'm having the same issue with my new full fibre broadband installed a few weeks ago and since then keeps dropping out and bandwidth changing? Been onto EE tech to try and sort out but still the same, lost all my Alexa connections too . EE keep stating service speed is fine to home but it can't be as no device are getting the promised speeds? No router won't let me log into my own router? What the hell is going on Ee?

EE sent out a replacement router and if not fixed I will want a refund as service is not what expected or promised.

Thanks for your reply to help. I have full fibre 500 and the newest router plus.

I have a great app called WiFi toolkit and shows all problems and how quick my service is. Sometimes this app amongst a few others it shows that my WiFi is insecure even though its set for highest level which I don't understand?

Although my speeds are good my guaranteed speed of 500mbps never get over 320mbps and upload of 60mbps On my mobile I have to keep disconnecting my WiFi and reconnect as my speed keep defaulting to 70mbps but when I reconnect WiFi it goes back to 433mbps until it drops again...

And is the speed to a Samsung mobile, ALL wi-fi devices are on just so you know.

EE Smarthub+ SH31B
