topic How do I log into EE(?) Email ? in Broadband & Landline

I "agreed" in September 2024 to move from BT to EE - it was going to happen anyway! - and thankfully can see my emails on my pc - Firefox "remembers" the pathway. If I try logging in via the EE website, I'm now able to see my latest bill ( I couldn't until recently) If I try to look at my Plan & subscription _ I get the message - "This service isn’t working right now - We’re working hard to get it up and running. Try again later, visit our website or get in touch if it’s urgent." - and it's been like this for months.

And I can find nothing about email! When I try to log into my old BT account - the links have been closed - whereas the EE log in gives me no relevant links to follow - so I've not been able to access my emails from my laptop.

All very confusing - the whole process of transfer is, I accept, complex - but it does seem to be shambolic.

How are you trying to access it from your lappy? What Mail app or client are you using?
