SMARTHUB PLUS WIFI EXTENDER PROBLEM

Hi all. I have a smarthub plus with two smart extenders connected to it. I've noticed that all of the devices in my house connects to one of the extenders, whilst the second extender has no devices at all connected. How can I force devices to connect to a specific extender so that they are shared between the two extenders. Any advice greatly appreciated.

@deanp100 You cannot force devices to connect, they go were they can, have you tried switching the extender off to see if is needed or used, do NOT rely on the software getting the display to you correct.
