When on get a note of you account number, it should be like GBXXXXXXXX and at least you will have it if they can give to you, should not be a problem as text to mobile to pass security.

Contact Us | Help & Support | EE

I recently renewed with BT and have been migrated to EE broadband as part of it. However, I haven't received any account details. I've had text updates about service starting but haven't received anything at all via email.

Any ideas?
