i’ve enabled EE fastest wifi but this wifi was twice the speed of my last internet however it seems to be that it is 10x worse than my old wifi i recommend enabling wifi from bt as it is much more reliable

Or that you thought also your previous router was way better.

just in general like the reliability like some days it won’t work some it will and obviously i’m paying a lot more money for this package with EE that my old internet and i’ve had people come check the internet and they said it’s fine with no problems

Other users here can help but they need clues. What BB plan are you on, which EE router do you have, do you have any wifi extenders, what did you have before?

Sounds the internet coming in is OK, but WiFi performance inside the house is worse? If so, on what devices? Can any of them inside the house connect via Ethernet cable, and if so, is it any better?

The more info you can give the better other EE users can suggest things to do/try.
