On our EE Smart Hub, firmware version v0.09.01.09281-EE, there seems to be an IPv6 firewall I cannot turn off.

When trying to add pinholes, only one IPv6 pinhole appears possible.

IPv6, if wanted, is supposed to be universally addressable, isn't it? It is odd that the Smart Hub both imposes a firewall on this protocol, and seems only to permit one pinhole?

(When trying to save additional pinholes, there is simply no response when clicking the 'Save' button on screen.)

Does anyone know how to remove the IPv6 firewall (the IPv4 firewall is already off) or, at least, add more than one pinhole?

Thank you for asking. Though I run the Internet in this building, I cannot access the router because it is in a locked shop downstairs. Nevertheless, here is some information:

Product name:Smart Hub
Serial number:+EEH001+2025003128
Firmware version:v0.09.01.09281-EE
Firmware updated:Thu Dec 7 21:25:59 2023
Board version:01

It uses fibre to the cabinet. Is that any help?

SSH and HTTPS, ports 22 and 443. Can get out from the house network, but can't get in from where I work or elsewhere.

Having entered the port details for the 1st pinhole did you click the '+. next to it?

Then do the same for subsequent pinholes, before hitting Save.
