is there any information yet about what areas will be switching when? I keep getting called by someone who says that I need to switch and they need info about my account so they can give me a discount. Sounds like a scam to me but they do sound convincing.

The digital switchover will now take place by end Jan. 2027. If & when you are affected it'll be your voice provider contacting you. Anybody else, esp. if they are offering you some discount, will be a scam. Your own provider will be moving you at their current tariff rates.
