Keep getting reminders to send back EE Router

I keep getting e-mail and text reminders to send back EE router, I sent it back on 14/11/2024 14:24pm as I have the Post office receipt. They keep saying I'm going to be charged £85 if they don't receive it by the 6/01/2025. Can I post my receipt here to get EE of my back. Thanks!

@KevLikesCoffee You will have to give EE CS a call, give one of the guides your postal receipt tracking number and see if they can find and sort it out for you, there is no where for you to post it, best would have been that you tracked it yourself at the time, but you could see if it will give you ANY info but way back in NOV you may be out of luck with that. For all you know it may be stuck in a depot somewhere and not even reached EE just no way of knowing now. EE or on your back and only EE CS will get them of it.

Welcome to the EE Community,

If you contact freephone 0800 800 150 a EE guide will be able to manually mark your router as returned soon as they can see that you have returned it to EE through the tracking number provided on your post office receipt.

I did what you said and tracked the package, it says DELIVERED Your item was delivered on 17-11-2024.

@KevLikesCoffee you need to call EE on the number I provided and give the tracking number to the EE guide that answers your call.
