TP-Link AXE5400 Tri-Band Wi-Fi 6E Router will not connect to the internet

As a technophobe, I have not been able to find any information why my new TP Link router will not connect to the internet.

I have shoved a pin in to reset the router to no avail.

Any suggestions are much appreciated.

Have you set its BB PPPoE creds for EE? In Using & Configuring a Third Party Router you'll find everything you need to set up your router incl. the BB PPPoE creds. which are now the same as BT's.

Show us your WAN settings.

@PinkiBain Follow the Tp-Link setup instructions and use the Third party information you require dependant on your connection type.

Which EE BB plan are you on including its speed? What EE router were you supplied with (read its label or post a pix)?
